David Warnick is a global HR executive leader with more than 30 years of experience helping executive teams accelerate performance through strategic people leadership, culture transformation, and complex change. He has successfully delivered over 20 M&A integration projects and led major enterprise HR transformations across the energy, manufacturing, and industrial sectors—ranging from HR operating model redesign and HR operations modernization to HR technology implementations, AI strategy and workforce adaptation, and large-scale change management programs.

As an Interim and Fractional Chief Human Resources Officer, David partners with organizations to meet unique leadership and talent needs—providing practical, high-impact HR leadership and scalable solutions. He is also a talent and recruitment expert, supporting executive retained search as well as innovative approaches to sourcing specialized, cost-effective global talent, including interim and fractional resources.

David is a certified Executive Coach and High Performance Coach, known for executive readiness work that helps leaders step confidently into expanded roles, lead high-performing teams, and navigate ambiguity with clarity and resilience. In addition to his advisory work with executive teams worldwide, he serves as a Board Advisor to public companies and private equity-backed organizations, offering insight on people strategy, leadership effectiveness, and transformation execution.

With extensive global travel and cross-cultural experience—including living in Dubai, UAE with his family—David brings a truly international perspective to business challenges. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management with a minor in Economics, as well as an MBA. David is based in Houston, Texas.
